Kumar is the Director and Practice Lead for Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management, Infor Financials & Supply Management, Infor Birst and Infor Expense Management. His experience includes developing the Infor SunSystems, Infor PM & SAS FM practice at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India for more than 7 years. In addition to managing the Sales & Presales function for SunSystems in Deloitte, he also managed Sales, Presales & Delivery of Infor PM & SAS FM solutions. Prior to Joining Deloitte, Kumar was practicing as a Chartered Accountant for 9 years, specializing in the area of Management Consulting services. A Chartered Accountant & an ISO 9000 Lead Assessor by qualification, he has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Management & Technology Consulting.

Dr. Goh is recognized for his commitment, dedication and vision, making significant contributions to the business and educational sectors in Vietnam and Singapore.
A Vietnam’s Business Insights Specialist, he was invited to the “European Economic Congress 2018”, Poland in May 2018 to share on “Investment Opportunities in Vietnam”.

Mr. Tommy Chinh possess over 30 years of extensive experience supporting foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in Vietnam, specializing in import licensing, logistics operations, tax incentives, and investment consulting. He has assisted more than 30 FDI companies setting up their operations in Vietnam.
Key projects includes – Pouchen Group’s manufacturing plant, Citiview, Diamond Plaza Complex, Phu My 3 Thermal Power Plant, Dinh Co LPG Plant, Fuji Photo Film Vietnam, Phu My Gas Distribution Station, Phu My Condensate Plant and CBRE Vietnam.
In addition to these key projects, Mr. Tommy Chinh has also consulted and worked on investment and business initiatives for a wide range of FDI clients in Vietnam, including Hyundai E&C, Samsung E&C, Daewoo E&C, CBRE, Sumitomo Corporation, Subaru, Harley-Davidson, and others.
His deep understanding of Vietnam’s regulatory environment, combined with practical experience across multiple industries, has made him a trusted advisor for international investors navigating the Vietnamese market.
